Organic Dandelion Root Tea

High Five KissMe Organics I love you!

Before I get into anything on this tea I have to mention that the color was a big surprise to me! I’m not sure why but when I heard the name Dandelion Root Tea I was never expecting it to be a pale purple colored tea. It’s a pretty purple, I know that has absolutely nothing to do with the taste or quality but I seriously love the shade of purple it gives off. On another note before I go on, I had great communication with this company before, and after receiving this product for review and I think everyone, the entire staff at KissMe Organics is just a pleasure to work with! I’m absolutely 100% sure if there were ever to be any questions you needed to have answered or issues with a product from them that they would get back to you ASAP and help you the most possible! Kuddos to them for being such a great company to work with! Now onto my review, sorry had to give them a written high five real quick!

Have you ever heard of Dandelion Root Tea? If not, you might want to start looking into it! KissMe Organic’s Dandelion Root Tea is USDA Organic and each tea bag is heaping full of this amazing tea. This tea can be ordered on Amazon for $19.70 for 5 BOXES totaling to 100 Bags!!! That’s a lot of tea! There is nothing that makes a tea lover happier than a high quality tea at a great price and A LOT OF IT! I was stoked when this shipment came in!!!

This tea is caffeine free, the dandelion in this tea is raw due to the fact that in it’s raw form it provides more vital minerals and vitamins to your body when compared to roasted dandelion root. Dandelion root is also rich in Vitamins A, C, D and B-complex plus Iron, Potassium and Zinc so your getting a good dose of vitamins and minerals with each cup of tea. Hibiscus & cinnamon are also in this tea, while enhancing the earthy flavor, and adding a hint of flowery sweetness to every cup; Hibiscus has been shown to help regulate blood pressure and Cinnamon has been shown to regulate blood sugar and reduce bad cholesterol.

This tea smells calming, it might be the cinnamon in it but it is soothing. The color as mentioned above is a pale purple and the taste is not over powering but subtle and light. It has a flowery like flavor and I could see any uses for it besides your daily cup of tea!

Jillian Michaels

has mentioned using Dandelion Root Tea as well in her own mix to boost weight loss:
*60 ounces water
*2 Tbsp sugar free cranberry juice
*1 Dandelion Root Tea Bag (I’m using KissMe Organics of course!)
*2 Tbsp lemon juice
Drink whole thing each day for 7 days! Flushes out excess water weight, and detoxes you in a healthy way!

There are far too many benefits to list and the uses for this tea are numerous from your cup of tea, baked goods, lattes, jellies, and as a spa ingredient and the fact that you get 5 boxes worth can help you discover the many uses for this awesome tea as well! 😀
