SafeThammer (this could seriously save your life)

I have a fear, since I was a little kid I’d have nightmares of being trapped in a car after a horrible car accident. I’ve been a crazy safe driver my entire adult life due to fearing a future inevitable killer car crash that would be the end of me. Ok, so I’m a bit paranoid…but seriously anything could happen when you travel away from home in your vehicle.

On the flip side, I’m pretty sure you’ve read an article or two about a poor child being left in a vehicle or a dog who’s owners thought the day was not quite warm enough to actually harm their furbaby. You’ve heard heartbreaking stories of a child crying alone and in overwhelming heat because they were left in the vehicle and those that ran to their rescue had a hard time getting to them. Just recently I read an article about a woman who was trying to break a window to try to get to a little girl and it took a good amount of time to get to her, precious moments that could change the outcome of the situation.

Whatever the use may be…I can see only good things with owning one of these SafeThammers, or more than one for that fact. I’d probably carry one on me and one in the car. That’s actually what I’m doing with the two I was given to review. Besides the obvious safety it gives in the event of an emergency I’ve noticed I seem to be a bit more at ease while on the road. I mean, after all in the event of needing to get out of my car at least this tool will help me get myself and my kids out quicker! That extra bit of speed could be the thing that saves our lives!
